Sleep is an amazing wonderful thing. It is wonderful when you get enough, your mindset makes a big change. You stop obsessing about things that are not very important and are able to enjoy the little fun things, the things that really matter.
It's a vicious cycle....lack of sleep makes it hard to get things done, then the lack of getting things done makes your mind go in overdrive thinking of all of the things you didn't get done....thus leading to more lack of sleep! ARGH!
(I break the cycle with a Benadryl now and then!) ;)
I may well be a super world-champion expert in obsessing. So thanks for the wise reminder...
off to bed now (obviously children are smarter than adults--and we're sposed to be more like them--so your son has the best idea since he loves Time To Say Goodnight)
Thank you for your email and for your encouragement!
Here are a few facts about me: I am married, I have 3 lovely boys and 1 girl: Evan (9), Harry (8), Daniel (4) and Lily (2); I love reading (especially science fiction novels but I do have a wide range of reading interests); I dabble in many different crafts (right now I am into knitting) and I don't floss my teeth every day like I should. My eldest son has a complex heart defect and that has changed my life in so many ways (mostly good).

I would have to agree. I think I'll go to bed now.:-)
I am enjoying your blog very much.
I couldn't agree more. Everything is better with sleep. :)
I like the word "frantabulous." And I totally agree. When I have enough sleep, I can handle everything much better!
