It seemed like a good idea at the time
For some crazy reason I agreed to let the owner show our home to prospective renters today. Why? I don't remember the reasoning behind it, but it sure seemed like a good idea at the time. I have been saying this many many times, but I will say it again: I will be sooo glad when the move is over with.

I was gone for awhile so I probably missed it. Do you have an actual date for the move?
You are a good sport to let the owner show the house today! Our rent manager has been in the business for many, many years. His advice: Don't bother the old tenants while they're in the process of moving. If they ask for a few more hours on the final inspection day (which happened to us) just smile, drive off and let them be.
Was 90 degrees yesterday---only 78 degrees right now--big difference!

Ugh. When we were trying to sell our condo long before we had kids, it was such a nightmare to keep it clean. And that was before we had kids!
