Awesome Mom is new and improved!

It was brought to my attention that I did not have a site feed enabled. My lovely web guru Chelle fixed that right up and now you can subscribe to Awesome Mom and find out when new posts are up. This is how I now read blogs and it used to save me a lot of time until I started to subscribing to more and more blogs. Be warned! lol!

On another note, the mystery behind the disappearance of one of my favorite medical bloggers Flea has been solved. It really goes to show that you really have to be careful if you wish to maintain your secret blogging identity and you can't write about sensitive things assuming that no one knows who you are. The ease of discovery is the biggest reason why I hardly mention anything about my husband's work. I would hate to be the one that gets him fired because I can't keep my big mouth shut. Just something to think about. At least we now know that Flea was who he claimed to be on his blog.

The thing that gets me the most about the Flea case is that he's not the super studly surfer dude that I took him to be. False advertising!!!

Thanks for not naming sources. ;)

I hadn't heard about that. Scary stuff!! I sometimes post photos of myself, but I've never used my real name on my blog. When I go back to work (as an elementary school teacher,) I'll most likely stop posting photos of myself altogether. The last thing I need is for my students to come online and find me! Yikes! (Not that I have anything I'm ashamed of, but not necessarily things I want people who *actually* know me to know! lol!)

That is too bad. That was the only blog I ever enjoyed reading, besides yours!

Still confused and now reeling... what really happened with wonderful and opinionated Dr. Flea?

What happened with the 12 year old (not an infant!) kid who had diabetes and died? It is all very sad and very scary,

Especially for all of us who put our children's lives in the hands of our physicians. Well, they aren't gods, but they are all we have got...

Best to you and your guys!

Wow, I had no clue where Flea went. Although, I thought it probably had to do with the court case, and the fact that he had written about it.

Although, I'm not so sure that he should've settled. He may still have been innocent of that child's death. Oh well, I'm sure THAT's a lesson learned!

By the way, thanks for the feed! So much easier now! (even though I STILL can't read your blog in Firefox!)

YAY I am so glad it all worked out with the feed!

Odd that Kelly cannot read your blog in Firefox ... I do...hmmm I will read a little when I can ... sadly uber busy with moving and that jazz.

I am really surprised that he would have blogged about such sensitive legal issues. I don't know if that is technicall kind of illegal, but I think it might be.

I'm in the minority here, but I never did like Dr. Flea. Blogging during a trial! You would think he would ahve more common sense than that!

I've been reading your blog through Google Reader for at least a month...maybe two. Isn't that the same as a feed?

Yeah that is a reader. When I tried to subscribe to it, Google Reader told me that there was no feed available. Odd.
