In a pickle

This morning while I was trying to rush my way through grocery shopping so that we could attend story time at the library (which both kids hated by the way) I broke a jar of pickles in the trunk of my car. I didn't realize it until I got home and the juice had soaked into a lot of things, including the particle board that covers the spare tire. Now I am going to have to suck it up and smell pickles for however long it takes for the smell to dissipate. I am starting to crave sandwiches every time I get into the car.

Is me or is pickle a very odd word?

Mmmm, pickles. I love most kinds of pickles. Including kim chee, sauerkraut, and the pickled turnips you get with Armenian food.

Hey, e-mail me, I am too lazy to look up your address but I have something to send you. :)

Ugh. That stinks. But it could have been worse. It could have been meat juice. Or a dozen eggs that broke. Or....milk. Ick!

If it doesn't go away, and you have the funds, get the car detailed. A similar thing happened with us in M's car (except it was milk), and we got it detailed about a year later before we tried to sell it and the sour milk smell magically disappeared!

Hope yours goes away much more quickly, and on its own.

Pickle is a very odd word.

Now you have a pickle scented air freshener LOL!

I hate the smell of pickles, but I guess milk or eggs would be worse. I'd put something back there to try to absorb the smell.

Oh, ugh, pickles are not my favorite, and to have the car smelling like them would drive me nuts!

Pickles. Ew.

Did you see the episode of Gilmore Girls where a train carrying pickles de-railed, and the town smelled of pickles (rotting, stinking, pickles in the sun I might add) for days?

I'm so sorry.

Anyone want an eggsalad sandwich with a little minced pickle?

That really sucks, I gotta say. I hope it is all better soon!

Ugh. I hope that the smell goes away sooner, rather than later. Time for some air freshener perhaps? :)

Ewwww! I hate the pickle smell! I hope it goes away soon, or at least gets unnoticable.
