It's my birthday!

So now I am entering into my thirties. My twenties were a time of huge change, it is strange looking back on them and seeing what I have become. When I turned 20 I was single, childless, and still very new to being an adult. Now I am more practiced at being an adult, even though I would much rather be a kid and be able to avoid a lot of the un fun stuff that comes with being responsible. I am married with two and a half kids, we own two cars and a home mortgage. The time when I could pack all my worldly belongings into the back of my dad's truck are long gone.

I am pretty excited to see how things change for me in my thirties. We will be adding another baby to the family, the kids will be getting older and (hopefully) more mature. I know a lot will be happening even if it is not as drastic as the life changes I went through with my twenties. I know I am going to be a lot grayer (Thanks Dad for those lovely genes!).

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

I like the new look!

You are so young, I'm already in my 40's but still feel like I'm in my 30's...

The 30's are great, welcome in!

Happiest birthday. I want to warn you though, things start to break on our bodies after 30.

Happy Birthday!!!

I have been in my 30's for a couple years now and honestly I like it better than my 20's. I am more confident and comfortable.

Happy Birthday. That year of turning 30 was one of my favourites. Wishing you a happy year.

Happy Birthday! The thirties aren't so bad. And about the gray, they make this stuff that comes in a box and magically makes the gray disappear. I hope today is great!!

Thumbs up for the thirties! Happy birthday. Sorry it's not a more cheery day outside for your big day(but it looks as though things are going to start to get nicer tomorrow...)

In knitting news, you would NOT believe... I finally went to wind the skein of Dream in Color Smooshy I own, and it was snipped into on one side, so I had to wind it in to SIX skeins instead of one. Grrr. I'm pretty sure that I didn't have anything to do with that happening.

I liked my 30s very much. Not so looking forward to 40s (b/c that's the bulk of the teen years). Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday! I was pregnant when I turned 30 too. (I won't say which kid I was pregnant with!)

I wish I had my body like when I was in my 20s, but this older body has done some great things, so I wouldn't go back.

Deep down, I know that Jack will do fine at home without O2, but they say things like "his arteries are really small and they need that extra .5 litres" I feel all guilty. So I guess we'll just push through it.

Better to be at home with O2 than at the hospital with O2!
