Sibling Rivalry

This morning I noticed this bruise on Evan's arm.

My extensive forensic knowledge (derived from hours of watching CSI) leads me to believe that this ultra cute little boy had something to do with it.

"Honest ma, I had nothing to do with it. I swear on my mother's grave! Scout's honor!"

I just hope that this is not a behavior that is repeated any time soon and if it is repeated soon I hope that I am there to see it, so I can nip it in the bud. Behavior correction is no good long after Harry has forgotten that he was even mad at his brother for one reason or another. Sigh.

Yup, that's definitely a bite mark! Is Harry current on his shots? hee hee.

Definitely good to nip it in the bud.

Having flash backs?

Ouch! At least Evan is not a tattler.

Wow! I'm impressed that there was no screaming on his part when it happened!

Oh no! Ouch!

Looks like something a certain daughter of mine would do. She has been known to try and smack boys twice her size for daring to use her slide at the park.

Aww, poor Evan. It is nearly impossible to discipline after the fact, isn't it? We have that problem at our house too :(.

Oh dear. I only wish it was flashbacks for me too [or should that be hot flashes]
Cheers

Eep! That's a good one! Poor Evan and what a Vampire Harry. I do hope he doesn't get a taste for taking chunks out of people....

Yoshi was instantly cured of biting as a tiny toddler (about one-ish) when he bit Daddy's toe when Daddy was having a nap. He woke up with such a roar and a start that Yoshi FLEW across the room - still not sure if he was kicked or just terrified by the noise, but I had two near-heart-attacks to deal with!

I am so glad that the trains arrived safely and that Evan is enjoying them. They are the sort of toy that grow with the kid, as they progress from Mum or Dad building the tracks to themselves being able to design really complex layouts.

We are off to England in a couple of days, and I am not sure how much computer access I will have, so if I go quiet for a month, it's not that I have abandoned reading your blog!

"See" you in August, if not before!
