Sunday Cuteness- Evan edition

This is Zipper butt Evan. He insists on putting on his pants backwards even though he knows how to put them on correctly.

All the cool kids wear their pants this way.

I have a new name. Evan started out by calling me mommy which recently changed to mom. He delighted in yelling "Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom!" when ever he needed (or thought he needed) my help. Now I have a new name. Evan has started calling me Mom Ourlastname. It is rather amusing even though I am not sure what caused the change.

My son puts his pants on backwards sometimes too. I tell him so and he says "that's okay momma."

My little 2 year old calls me- Mommy Cason.

This is totally how trends get started. It's fashion from the street -- er, from the living room.

Does he ever end up turning them back around the "right" way, or is he running around in backwards pants all day? That is pretty funny!

Awesome Mom

I saw your post on Home Ec 101 and came to see your blog. I had to read about Evan. My oldest was diagnosed with WPW this summer (he's 17). He had an ablation in June is now doing fantastic. Seeing what all little Evan went through makes me so thankful that ours (though life threatening) was so easily treatable. The ablation took about 5.5 hours and was (so far) a success. He'll have to take EKGs until Jan to get an all clear, but the last two were great.

We have a little boy that same age at our preschool who deliberately dresses himself backwards. He's really smart and knows it's backwards, but he also knows it gets him a lot of attention from all the teachers. :)

So glad he is doing better and pray that he continues to do better.
