Back when we were shopping for our minivan I though it was so silly that all cars with leather seats came with seat warmers. After all, how long did it really take to warm the seat with your own body heat?
Now that I live in Kansas, where it can get fricking cold, I am deeply in love with my seat warmers. I think I would marry the person that invented them if I was not already married. I would do horrible things to anyone that threatened to take my precious away.
When you are shivering waiting for your car to warm up nothing is nicer than feeling your seat warm up underneath you. It is the first thing to heat up in the car. I love you seat warmers!
BTW in case you can't tell it is crazy cold here in Kansas again. The bank singn as I drove by read -3!

STBY!
I love my bun warmer too. LOVE IT.
I've never had the pleasure, but I bet it would be awesome.
If you're wondering that chocolate person is me, it's my alias, don"t tell anyone ok?
Negative three! Gah! It's been a loooong time since I've been in weather that cold.
My car has seat warmers in the front. I don't use them much, but when it gets cold here (like around 50!), sometimes I turn them on.
I love my bum warmers and wouldn't buy a car without them now!
I think they were invented when it was all naugahide which would crack if you sat on it when it was frozen.
Frankly, they always make me feel like I've peed myself.
Funny thing about the bun warmers, my mom has them in her car, and one day we accidentally flipped on the switch in the summer and began sweating, not realizing they were on! They DO get warm. Nice luxury for the winter :)
Hey! I haven't forgotten your book. Really! I just gotta get out of the house to mail it.
And I lub me some warm buns too. :D
When will they make jeans with bum warmers?
When I lived in MI, my car had it too. And it was really nice on those really cold winter mornings...
Fabiola
I don't think they make cars like that in Florida. "Arctic air conditioning," however, comes standard!!
