One "trick" I'd add to your routine is buying little tiny ziploc bags from Walgreens. They are near the pill boxes. You can fit one or two scoops of applesauce in it instead of wasting an entire portable container. Anyway, just a thought.Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09234047396656927675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17635299.post-80061641830266613282008-07-24T16:41:00.000-05:002008-07-24T16:41:00.000-05:00that's a really good idea! thanks for sharing!that's a really good idea! thanks for sharing!Jennifer Swanepoelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03412037714911643943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17635299.post-69550251760208921052008-07-22T21:46:00.000-05:002008-07-22T21:46:00.000-05:00Yea for you! I would always find it in there, but managed to choke it down anyway. I did want to be able to breathe, after all.Karlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01201781127041417410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17635299.post-71569363829514096892008-07-22T15:51:00.000-05:002008-07-22T15:51:00.000-05:00I totally know where you're coming from! So when the doctors told us he would need to take medication for his heart problem 3 times a day, we were quite concerned! A friend suggested mixing it with something, and we started with pudding (my son can use the extra calories). He loved it! But we didn't want to give him Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01529905510717157223noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17635299.post-12596337909708002092008-07-22T13:47:00.000-05:002008-07-22T13:47:00.000-05:00What a great idea - it's amazing how resourceful w...What a great idea - it's amazing how resourceful we have to get sometimes. I looked for single-serve applesauce before I visited the US last year (we live overseas), although most were bigger than the carry-on liquid allowed size. Lately I have discovered another pretty good substitute, especially when someone does not want milk products: jello. And for traveling, I just take the powder and mix it rickismomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07817042750959998664noreply@blogger.com
